On the date of the notice for the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on 26 April 2012, the total number of shares in circulation is 124,970,306. Each share has a voting right. Notwithstanding this, in accordance with Article 148 of the Revised Text of the Law on Corporations, considering as suspended the exercise of the voting rights of the treasury stock held by the company, as the company holds 3,870,1010 shares as treasury stock, on the date of the notice for the shareholder meeting the number of shares with voting rights is 121,100, 205.
