Mr. Santiago Bergareche Busquet,
He holds a degree in Law and Economics from Universidad de Deusto. He is currently the Vice-Chairman of Grupo Ferrovial, joining the Group as Chairman of Agroman. In 1999 he was named Chief Executive Officer of Ferrovial until January 2002, when he was named Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors of Grupo Ferrovial, S.A. Mr Bergareche is member of the Executive and Nomination and remuneration Committees. Mr Bergareche is also is the Chairman of Cepsa, Dinamia Capital Privado, Sociedad de Capital Riesgo, S.A. and appointed representative of Bycomels Prensa, S.L. Director and member of the Delegate Committee of Vocento. Mr. Bergareche is also Director of Gamesa Corporación Tecnológica, S.A.
He was previously Chairman of Metrovacesa y General Director and member of the Management Committee of BBVA.
