To create and manage content, Vocento has established Veralia, a holding company that covers the group's shareholdings in a number of media producers and distributors.
By setting up Veralia, Vocento is realising its strategy of increasing income, exploiting synergies and supporting its internationalisation, in a context in which the development of digital TV and regional and local licences will demand an active presence in distribution channels.
Veralia is made up of Group Europroducciones, BocaBoca Producciones, Group Videomedia and the distributor TriPictures
