Ms Luca de Tena García-Conde was appointed to the Board in 2001. She joined our company in 2001,
having previously held a wide range of senior management positions at various companies, including Banco
Central S.A., Banco Hispanoamericano de Investimento, S.A. and Grupo Prensa Española, S.A. and is
currently the vice-chairman of ABC, S.L. Ms Luca de Tena García-Conde holds a degree in Economics
from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid.
