Mr Ybarra Aznar is the appointed representative of Mezouna, S.L., which was appointed to the Board
in 2006. Mr Ybarra Aznar has been its representative since its appointment as a Director. He previously
held various senior management positions with Chase Manhattan Bank and was a director of Japan Car,
S.A., of Milenium Car, S.L. and of Botica Vieja 2.000, S.L., and was a director of the European Banking
Association. He is currently the head of the financial institutions unit at Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria,
S.A. Mr Ybarra Aznar holds a degree in Economics and Business Administration from Universidad
Comercial de Deusto and attended a Management Training Program with Manufacturers Hanover Trust
(currently Chase Manhattan Bank).
