Mr del Alcázar Silvela is an independent member of the Board, having been appointed to the Board
in 2001. Mr del Alcázar Silvela previously held various management positions at Banco de Levante, S.A.
He is currently the chairman and chief executive officer of Instituto de Empresa, S.L. and is the chairman
of Patronato de la Fundación del Instituto de Empresa. Mr del Alcázar Silvela holds a degree in Law from
Universidad Complutense de Madrid and an MBA from Instituto de Empresa.
